Fryburg Suites

I've enjoyed my later stays here, and the staff have been respectful and professional. It's a small but really nice hotel, with fair prices for the location. My first stay wasn't so good because of cockroaches on the ground floor. You'd get value for your money as long as you avoid that floor.

The staff were respectful, friendly, and happy to help, and I enjoyed both visits. I’ve stayed twice, each time for one night, partly because it’s one of the less expensive hotels in VI. My sister told me it had been converted from a house, and you can tell as soon as you walk in. “Luxury guesthouse” would probably describe it better than “hotel.”

The restaurant had a nice mix of local and international food, and I enjoyed the meals. The rooms were a good size with appealing designs, and there was a decent selection of cable channels. It’s easy to find and centrally located, with a tidy, peaceful, homey feel. The service was great, too. I had a very good stay.

The food was really tasty, and the drinks were always very cold. It’s a relaxing place with a cool atmosphere, though it’s a little tucked away. Staff were attentive and quick, while still knowing when to give you space. The parking is the main drawback: there’s room for about six cars, and if you park behind someone who needs to leave, you’ll have to move your car.
