The generator wasn't working, so we only had NEPA power. I had to charge my phone with a power bank. Water only came when the electricity was on, which meant no water for bathing or flushing the toilet during an outage. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Stay here at your own peril.

No electricity, no water, and a careless attitude. My friends and I had booked two rooms, but we left because we couldn't sleep in the dark. We even had to open the gate ourselves and drive out because the gateman wasn't there. Please just close that abandoned thing they call a hotel.

I'm Laith from Jordan, and my stay in room 113 was awful from start to finish. The room and kitchen were both too small, and the room had lots of problems. When it rains, water drips from the ceiling. The bathroom floods, and the bedroom smells bad. Service was disastrous, and management and staff weren't friendly. It felt like they only wanted my money, then stopped caring once they'd been paid. The caution fee also takes three or four months to be returned. There's a nightclub opposite, so forget about sleeping. Food and drinks cost too much and weren't tasty. The pool was always dirty, and the gym had just one small machine, with no other equipment. The amenities were excellent, and our room felt spacious and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
