The room I stayed in was large and cozy, with nice decor, and the water was clean and didn’t smell, unlike what some other reviews say. The pressure did vary at different times, though, and the Wi-Fi could be finicky. It would be better with a simple desk and chair in the room. It’s a good apartment as it is, but there’s room for improvement.

I’m posting under my real identity because this is serious. I’ve got nothing to gain from this, but I want to help someone else avoid a disaster. Don’t trust the photos. This place is all Photoshop. There’s barely any water, probably because they’ve cut the pressure to save it, so you’re left showering with drops. The place smells, and I hope nobody thinks the tap water is safe for anything important. There’s a structural design problem too. I checked out three days early because the building shook and was visibly slanted. I pray it doesn’t make the news for collapsing. Things were broken all over, including taps and tiles, and I don’t understand how they can rent this building out to people. Save your money and stay in a hotel if you don’t want to lose your mind. Safety should come first, and you don’t want this building to collapse on you. When it rained, the whole apartment flooded. The building did nothing because they didn’t know what to do. They offered to move us to a smaller unit, but I still didn’t trust them. A word is enough for the wise. I’ll be taking legal action over my experience here.

There’s a good range of accommodation, from single rooms to apartments with two to four beds. I especially liked the triplex at the back, though I’ve forgotten its name. The place has a relaxed, luxurious feel, with beautiful interior decor and art pieces. Security is tight, the rooms are a good size, and the kitchen is nice. There’s also a game room with snooker, ping pong, board games, and more.

They charged a guest 60,000 naira because she stained the sheets with her period. That’s awful for a brand that claims to be in hospitality. Please stay away. This brand is hostile to women and extorts them.
