The reception and kitchen people were warm and welcoming, and the laundry service was top notch. The room was fine, but the AC was speaking in tongs. The WC wasn’t fixed to the floor and could move if you weren’t careful. My room also went uncleaned for two days, even though I asked.

I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve used this hotel. It’s very serene, and the workers are friendly and professional.

We booked the three-bed penthouse weeks in advance and stayed there as a family, but when we arrived it was dusty, messy, and stuffy. Just hours into the night, we all developed coughs and catarrh and couldn’t sleep. We’d thought about extending the stay, but ended up checking out. The attendants were cooperative, though the service was poor. Breakfast arrived without forks, spoons, or mugs. The kitchen was a mess and completely empty, with no cups, spoons, or plates. The taps didn’t work, there was no microwave, and the toilets were poorly maintained with bad plumbing.

The smell was awful from the entrance all the way to the room. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained, and smelled bad too. The kettle didn’t work. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Please improve the overall cleanliness of your hotels.
