Glass House Suites Annex

I'd call it average. The rooms and views aren't managed well, and the annex was completely off-putting for me. Security was fine, and the environment was peaceful. I enjoyed the AC most during my stay, though the power kept going off intermittently while I was there. The staff service was OK too. There was a swimming pool on site.

The outdoor area at the front makes a nice spot for photos. I came for a wedding and was impressed by the space and facilities for hosting events like weddings, birthdays, and other social gatherings. There’s also room for children to play.

The power stayed on around the clock, and housekeeping was okay, but my two-night stay was awful. The air conditioning was turned off early each morning, and I had to call reception to get the water pump turned on. Even then, the water pressure was usually very low. They have a restaurant, though I’d recommend ordering food elsewhere. I also wish housekeeping had changed the sheets and washed the blankets.

I used to stay here when I came to shoot skits, but this visit left me really disappointed. The price is way too high for what you get, and the maintenance is terrible. I waited more than 7 hours for a towel. Honestly, it could be better, because this is just too much.
