I wasn't happy with the rooms I was shown, so I later asked for an executive room. The one I got was in rough shape: the shower was broken, the sink tap didn't work, and the room looked untidy. There were ants in it too, and when I brought that to the staff's attention, the manager seemed surprised. The TV channels were blank, and the AC only worked when there was NEPA power. I expected better from an executive room.

There's a good place to sit outside, nice rooms, and plenty of parking beside the building. But there isn't wheelchair access, and the room layout is very poor, with no wardrobe. At the 10k and 12.5k room rates, there's no air conditioning unless PHCN power is on.

Wow wow wow, I stayed for two days and felt right at home 😭😭😭. Beatrice and blessing at reception were so welcoming and kept checking on me. I already love them. The manager is such a loving man, and I miss Rofiat, the food seller too. The hospitality was so nice.

The loud music at night was a problem, and the receptionist seemed like she didn't want to be there. If you're okay relaxing around rodents and flying bugs, the hotel may be okay for you.

Zero comfort. The room looked miserable, maintenance was poor, and the surroundings were noisy and unfriendly. Not a pleasant stay at all.
