I stayed overnight with my spouse on 21/8/25. The hotel looks very fine, but the welcome at reception was poor. The female receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. The intercom didn't work, and neither did the water heater. When I couldn't get through on the intercom to ask for warm water, I had to go down to reception and waited in vain. In the end, I had to bathe in water that was nearly ice cold. I might not have complained otherwise, but the receptionist's attitude felt like she didn't care. I was unhappy enough to leave after one night, even though I could have stayed another. The room was ice cold too, despite me not turning on the air conditioner.

The food, inviting atmosphere, and reasonable prices make Hi-point Hotel and Suites Lagos a nice place to dine. I also appreciated how much attention they paid to guests. Staff were professional and ready to help, room service was prompt, and housekeeping kept things immaculate. Those touches made the stay pleasant.

We went to the outdoor spot by the pool for food, drinks, and a chance to hang out. It had a great atmosphere for couples or groups, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced.

The security team are professionals, room service is great, and the front office is run by professionals. Hi Point Hotel is in a calm, secure area in the heart of Ejigbo, Lagos State. I had a really nice stay and would rate it Gold under the Nigerian Hospitality Industry rating system. The service is topnotch. If I find myself around Ikotun Egbe, Ejigbo, Lagos again, this will definitely be my safe haven.

It's a good spot to relax, with well-trained staff and good room service. They do need to fix the leaking AC, though.
