The location is good, and there’s constant electricity and clean water. But the rooms are small, there’s no desk to work at, and the WiFi is extremely slow. Some basic amenities are in poor shape or don’t work as they should, like the damaged non-stick cooking pots.

Adeloo suites made for an easy, comfortable stay, with attentive service and a smooth departure. The apartment felt secure, and its contemporary design, tasteful decor, and lovely views made the space appealing. It was also well equipped, and the location gave easy access to luxury shopping and lively nightlife. The concierge helped with personalized arrangements, adding to the convenience and cultural experience.

We arrived as a family for three nights, having booked a two-bedroom suite, but found they’d moved someone who had paid for a one-bedroom into our room. The staff asked us to spend one night in a one-bedroom instead, with one of us sleeping on a small, very uncomfortable leather sofa, then promised we could move to our original suite the next day. We agreed, but the next day they said we had to stay in the one-bedroom after all. They offered no reimbursement. It felt like the people running the place were making side deals with friends at guests’ expense, and I can’t believe their audacity. The bedsheets in that first one-bedroom were clearly not changed. They had just remade the bed after the previous guest. When we raised it, the cleaners told us that the last guest had complained and been upgraded to our two-bedroom, which explained why the bed had been remade without changing the sheets. We left and asked for a refund. Expedia tried to help resolve things, but the owners wouldn’t answer their phone and then turned it off. The place felt very shady, like a group of kids playing house with their friends.

The client said the penthouse needed more space, since it felt more like a studio. The service was great, though the caution fee refund was delayed. The managers were very kind when explaining the situation.

Wow, Adeloo suites is one of the best places I’ve seen so far. I loved the penthouse and all the apartments, and honestly couldn’t pick a favorite because they’re all so beautiful and exclusive. The staff were friendly and well coordinated, and the power supply was uninterrupted 24 hours. I’d like you to visit too.
