I paid for nine days, but after seven days of what felt like hell, I had to take my guests out. They said they’d refund the remaining two days and then refused. The service was terrible, the beds had bugs, and the ACs didn’t cool. Total crap.

The service at His Dulce Apartments was utter rubbish. They promised me a refund, then just gave me excuses. One of the beds had bugs. Find somewhere better to stay.

A real plus is the restaurant: the food is delicious and very well priced. Try the Ubana Grill, I especially liked the catfish pepper soup and boneless chicken. The location in the middle of VI is wonderful, and the amenities are solid, though not upscale or luxurious. I had a great hotel/hostel stay.

I went for a friend’s event and arrived too late to see the menu. The restroom was clean, and there were several nice small spaces suited to medium-sized events. It’s on an easily accessible road. Security and staff kept out of the way, which usually makes for a more immersive experience.

My deluxe room was very spacious, and the customer service was excellent. The property in V.I. was easy to find, with access to various landmarks, and the surroundings were serene. I’ll definitely come back. There’s also a dental clinic, a unisex salon, and a grill house on site 😊
