KARMA hotel has a relaxing feel throughout, with good facilities like a gym, spa, restaurant and supermarket. The staff were friendly and attentive every time, from housekeeping and room service to the concierge. The manager deserves special thanks for the excellent care. For the accommodation, service and location, I thought the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend KARMA HOTEL to visitors to Apapa Lagos Nigeria. It exceeded my expectations, and I’m looking forward to staying again on my next trip.

Ms. Maureen’s briefing at reception stood out to me. She communicates well and knows hospitality, which added to the warm welcome. I had a wonderful experience at Karma, with excellent food and a lovely ambience.

For a hotel in the heart of Apapa, Nigeria's biggest port area and home to conglomerate businesses, this feels quite basic. Nothing is complimentary, not even drinking water. Breakfast was very limited and quite Indian, with only noodles, bread and, I think, Pav Dav.

The atmosphere is neat and clean, with a woody feel. The food was so savoury and good that I stuffed myself, and I had to meet the chef.
