The room was fine, and it has a DStv decoder, though I didn’t try it. The electricity supply was fair, and the shower is fancy too. But there’s no burglary iron on the window, and you don’t get a key. Every time you leave the room, you have to call reception to let you back in.

I’m not coming back over this. I booked a day at your hotel, yet I still had to pay to have my food brought up to my room. It feels like you’re indirectly extorting us when your suites are supposed to be a “home away from home.” Best regards.

Poor customer service, and the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. The window had no protector and wouldn’t lock. I also had no access card, so I had to call reception every time to have someone open my door with their master card. Worst hotel experience.

It’s peaceful and quiet here, and they respond promptly when the power cuts out. Breakfast was a letdown, though, with a narrow menu at the restaurant and slow service.

The bathroom sink water was only trickling. Then the power went out at 3 am, with no generator or anything, so there was no air.
