The bathrooms need updating. I’ll keep coming back for the hotel’s closeness to the airport and its tasty breakfast, though. The room service orders were also well prepared and delicious.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with all the modern amenities I liked. Check-in was stress free thanks to the friendly, efficient reception staff. Everyone I encountered was professional, polite, and wonderful. There were security officers on site around the clock, and I felt safe. My short stay at Joygate Hotel and suites was a happy one, and I’d return and recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable place in Lagos near the international airport. Kudos to everyone across the departments, and thank you all.

My immediate family and I have found everything we need at Joygate hotel, and it’s become our home away from home. We’ll keep recommending it to friends and family. Make your first visit and you’ll be happy you did. Good job to all the staff. Chief Don Duru

The reception area and its design could be improved. I only stayed one day, but I’ve traveled around the world, and the very clean room met international hotel standards. The sheets were good and the bed was comfortable. The food was great, too. I had about three plates to take away, and every one was very good. I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area.

The location is good, but the service is so poor and the restaurant is nothing to write home about. The rooms are like cubicles. All in all, I rate this hotel 10/100. A very useless place.
