It’s a good location, and for a budget hotel it cost less than others nearby. The room was worth the price, and the outdoor seating and bar were nice. Still, basic items like soap and room slippers were missing. The door was a little hard to lock, so they should check it regularly. Service could be better too. Staff should follow through on what they say, give receipts after payment, and provide a bell or phone for reaching reception.

The location right at Murtalla Muhammad International Airport made this a handy place to stop overnight. I stayed at the Legend Hotel recently, and the room was great. Check-in was quick and efficient.

The only staff member who was kind to my wife and me was Favor. My wife, an American citizen, was ashamed and embarrassed to say she’d stayed there. You threatened her life by leaving her in a room full of mosquitoes. She was hospitalized with malaria right after leaving that filthy place. And the claim that you provided her food is a ball faced lie. If you ran a legitimate business, she could have eaten at an onsite restaurant, but there isn’t one. You gave her no care at all. Making up stories to protect your image is monstrous. We never stayed on credit. I was threatened and harassed to pay before the due time, and the manager threatened my wife several times, saying he’d throw her out into the street. You also cancelled my Booking.com reservation as a no show to stop us from leaving a negative review. On arrival, I was horrified. The rooms were smaller than a standard closet, the bed was lumpy and bumpy, and the urine smell was overwhelming. There were roaches, bed bugs, mosquitoes, no AC, no running water, and lazy staff. The area didn’t feel safe and lacked security. There’s no restaurant, making food a problem, and the bar lets street riff-raffs in at any time, adding to the insecurity. This was the worst experience of my life.

The room was okay for the price, but the fan kept cutting out and needs fixing. The reception desk was usually empty, and the service was poor. The location works if you need to get to the airport early. Still, the bar and restaurant downstairs played loud music until one, so I hardly slept.
