The location and lovely surroundings were a plus, and they let us check in before the scheduled time. Staff were decent, though service felt a little rusty. We waited so long for our food that we were starving, possibly because it was made from scratch. The food itself was good enough, and my elderly dad even liked it. The intercom in my room didn't work, and the other room had none. I kept going back and forth about the food orders, which was stressful, and someone also walked into our room without knocking. I'd give the stay 6/10.

The food was mouthwatering and the room service was top notch. I had a great stay overall, and it's a nice spot for time with family or friends.

Helpful, professional staff and good management make this budget-friendly place good value for money. I recommend it, though parking can be a bit of a dice.

Room prices come in different ranges to fit your budget. No. 11 felt more like a family house than a guest house, with a friendly, homely and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed my week there and would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere serene around Oregun Lagos.

I needed an affordable room at short notice for one night nearby, and for the price it exceeded what I expected. The staff were polite, the AC and fan both worked well, there was hot water in the shower, and we had power all night. I didn't get any food, so I can't comment on that, but my stay was very good.
