The staff were kind and respectful, but the place itself badly needs maintenance and remodeling. I booked based on the reviews and found they didn't match the actual condition. The room smelled so bad it made me feel sick, and the bathroom odor was worse. The water looked brown, which worried me. If I hadn't come such a long way and needed rest so badly, I would've left and written off the money. I can't recommend it as it is, and hope management improves the standards and guest experience.

Had a nice time there. It was a cool, calm place, and I enjoyed the pool.

Set inside a small estate, the hotel has a little pool and a portable bar with seating and a view over part of the estate. You can get drinks and whatever kind of food you want there. The main drawback for me was the noise: the windows aren't double-glazed or soundproof, so sounds from the bar disturbed my sleep.

The location is lovely and really peaceful, and the staff are nice. The rooms are neat and okay, though quite basic, and some have small TVs. There's CCTV everywhere, and you can request a car wash.

The rooms are the best in the Festac axis. I also respect the MD for returning my money, that was honest of him. Kudos to the management too.
