I wouldn't recommend staying here. I arrived at 4:30pm and then waited an hour at reception for my room to be cleaned. The studio was pricey, and the next morning I found water all over the room from a leaking air conditioner. It only blew cool air, never cold, and some of the water soaked my jeans. None of the bedside sockets worked, so I had to charge my phone some distance from the bed. The heater water got warm but not very hot. Through all of this, staff asked me for a tip whenever they had the chance. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

On my last visit, the staff gave the company a very poor impression with their bad customer service. I have an issue to take up with the Director and will try to meet with the Director/Chairman one day. They really need to be checked. If staff keep expecting tips from guests, one day they might even beat a guest who doesn't give one.

It's a welcoming place in a peaceful setting, with security guaranteed and well-trained staff. There are several places to eat or drink, including the restaurant with a variety of dishes, an indoor lounge, a VIP lounge and an open bar by the pool. You should try their fried meat sometime. Lol

The rooms are old and not very well maintained. On the plus side, there's a small pool, a gym with good equipment, and some lovely staff.

Alex and Henry at Us relocation were quick, efficient and polite. They were professional and helpful, and helped me reschedule a bunch of times.
