Paramount Luxury Serviced Apartment

Don’t be taken in by the pictures or false advertising. I wouldn’t advise anyone to sign an annual lease at the Paramount Apartments. The owner and managers promise everything, then leave you with grief and regret. Staff are inadequate and poorly trained, and management and ownership are incompetent. Repairs can take days or longer, and they choose cost over quality, so the fixes don’t last. There were bugs and rats, with no fumigation, and cleaning and sanitation were poor. Management seems concerned only with collecting and keeping your money. When the lease ends, don’t expect your deposit back: they kept mine without explanation. They don’t offer credits or refunds. Be wary of the management and apartment agents pushing for a commission.

We rented a flat at Paramount Luxury Apartments for a girls’ day, and the rooms looked beautiful, with a classic feel. The service was good too, and I enjoyed staying there. It’s also very affordable for an apartment in the GRA. If you need a shortlet, this is a good place to stop.

I’m one of the people currently affected, and 1,150,000 Naira of my money is being held by the current manager, Fadayomi Emmanuel. The two agents, Mr. Mojidi Mobolaji Ayob dele and Mr.SEUN, are criminals. They give the same accommodation to more than one person, leaving someone at a total loss. I believe the management is run by a criminal who robs foreigners, so people from other countries should beware of Paramount apartments management and staff. I would advise everyone not to pay for accommodation here. Beware, people!

There’s plenty of space and it’s a very good place, but the beds could be better. The cleaning needs work too, and the kitchen could use more amenities.
