The area around the hotel is great, but I wouldn't stay there again. I paid 100k for an executive room that had a bed and a damaged, musty fridge. When I asked why it was called a suite without a living area or the cleanliness, fridge, and other things I'd expect, the staff member said those were only in the presidential suite. I couldn't help laughing. Please don't pay 100k for their executive room, it's not worth it. There was no elevator, the outside lounge barely worked, and the kitchen had very little food. The hotel was dirty inside the rooms. By the first staircase downstairs, off to the right, there were lots of tissue papers on a dirty table and in a filthy area. It was the same toilet tissue they put in guest rooms. Disgusting. I should have taken pictures 😔

They woke me up to hand-deliver breakfast, and the front desk was apologetic, but the stay was still a waste of time and money. After midnight, they chose to nail whatever they were working on, so I couldn't sleep. The service was shabby, and I regretted booking here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirt all over, no towels, and surfaces left messy. Breakfast came without cutlery or even a teacup for the coffee, and the china was chipped. A horrible experience. I don't recommend it, 0/10.

The food I ordered was tasty, and the AC worked well. But our suite smelled bad, just as other reviews had mentioned. We found the source in a throw pillow, and the smell went away after we shut it in the wardrobe. There were mosquitoes too, so bringing bug spray and repellent was a good idea. The room didn't have enough sockets, and when we moved a table, the space underneath was clearly not cleaned for a long time. The hotel shows signs of neglect and needs a serious deep clean, better supervision, and investment in new staff uniforms, bedding, towels, and other items. We booked it on someone else's behalf, and the reviews helped us know what to expect.

No running water, towels, or WiFi in the room they gave me. I had to call again and again just to get the basics. These people are so unprofessional. Never again. Spend your money somewhere else.
