I’m not usually keen on hotel food, but I kept finishing my plate here 😁. The rooms are clean and spacious, and I liked having trees and flowers around so it didn’t feel like nature was missing. The atmosphere is great, the environment is kept clean, and the location is central and accessible. It also feels secure.

The restaurant was lovely, especially the kitchen mama 😊. I can’t remember her name, but she was so motherly, making sure you ate and asking what you’d like if you didn’t enjoy the food so she could make it for you. Breakfast is complimentary. I had a nice stay, with spacious rooms, quick service, and a really nice reception. There are electronic key card doors, and you can call reception or the restaurant to order something or request room cleaning. There’s a sport bar and a pool bar, plus a water heater that actually works. I wouldn’t mind going back and would recommend it.

A really bad stay. The ACs in the rooms didn’t work, the TVs had no remote controls, and the bathroom water heater was broken. There were no buckets or anything useful to work with in the bathroom. Staff were often slow or unavailable. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

The hotel didn’t match the price, and the service was so poor I had to go downstairs and beg for water to bathe. They eventually brought me a bucket of water. There was still no breakfast by 10:00. I’d give it zero if I could.
