The grounds are beautiful, and I had a peaceful stay. Staff were polite and the service was good. My room's AC worked so well that I sometimes had to switch it off because it got too cold. When the power went out, the generators brought it back quickly, which I expected and didn't mind. I just had to remember to charge my computer and save my work every five minutes. I was there for 12 days at this nice boutique hotel. It felt safe, with several gates, and the cleaning crew came each day when I said it was okay. The room phone, though, gave me trouble, Moscow. I had to shout to be heard, and although I asked for a replacement, I never got one. Breakfast was alright, but the hot dog seemed old to me. Maybe that's how they serve it, but I didn't eat it and went with boiled eggs and plantains instead. I also got only one tea bag and two little sugars a day. I don't drink coffee, and two sugars is ridiculously little for me. I asked for more and was told two was the limit. I like two sugars in a cup, and sometimes want two or three cups of tea in a day at a hotel.

The one thing that didn't make sense to me was breakfast: it was complimentary, but water or another drink cost extra. What is complimentary about a meal without water? Aside from that, this is an excellent hotel, just like it looks in the pictures and videos. It has a gentle, cosy, peaceful, home-like feel, and the staff are capable, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed being here and wish I could've stayed longer. The place is quiet and serene, with no unnecessary noise, and the food tastes great. The poolside is lovely, the AC worked perfectly, and the customer service was remarkable. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends.

The scenery is amazing and the rooms are beautiful, but customer service was downright disgusting, as the latest review also says. This kind of business depends heavily on service, so management needs to hire people who care about their work. Many staff members seemed clueless and indifferent, and were extremely rude. Customers can be difficult too, but the service here really is bad. If you care about how you're treated when you arrive, don't choose this place.
