10/10
The rooms were up to standard, and the hotel was easy to find. Service was a little slow, though I understand they were trying to keep costs down given the country's current economic situation. Most hotels in Nigeria can't afford round-the-clock power at the moment.
8/10
The location is good, and the rooms are spacious with attractive decor. The staff are great, though they seem to have several different job duties. For this location, the prices seem affordable.
10/10
There was power around the clock, the elevators worked, and the surroundings felt secure. The staff were very accommodating, and the food was delicious. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in or visiting Port Harcourt(PH).
6/10
The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean, with working air-conditioning and hot water heaters. The beds are comfortable too. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Harcourt.
6/10
It was an okay stay, but the hotel still has a long way to go before it feels world class. Getting up and down the stairs is hard, so they really need to get the elevator working and improve the place.
