Premiership UK Suites

I checked out earlier than planned because I couldn't cope with the state of the apartment, and I'm still waiting for my refund for three nights. The room felt unsafe and gloomy, with old discoloured bedding and a flat mattress. Maintenance was poor, including a broken door handle and taps. It needs major refurbishment if they want to stay in business.

The rooms were neat and fully air conditioned, with uninterrupted power around the clock, and the swimming pool was amazing. Service was excellent and the staff friendly. Try the food too, it's the best I've had so far.

The staff were awesome and very helpful. It's clean, serves good meals, and the location is great, just a short walk from Allen av and all the services. I definitely recommend it.

The front desk ladies were cheerful and lovely, but the room needs attention. For the price it was too small, and there was nowhere to sit, so my husband had to stand when he wasn't lying down. The wardrobe had no door and the bathroom sink didn't work, so I brushed using bottled water. The bed and bedding need replacing, including the flat pillows and sinking mattress, and the cable channels need tuning. General maintenance and replacing overused items would improve the experience and give guests more value.
