The customer service was awful, and breakfast was even worse. Imagine having to use a toothpick to eat fruit at the breakfast table, among other issues. It really wasn’t nice. The location is so hidden they could do much better.

Reli-On Hotels has a lovely outdoor pool area for parties, along with impressive architecture and grounds. It also has a private, secluded compound with plenty of parking.

6/10
It’s a comfortable place with a peaceful atmosphere, but there were only two complimentary breakfasts. The bathroom drain was clogged, and one staff member attended to me with a leg up on the chair.

I found a dirty plate on the chair when I checked in, which made me wonder what housekeeping had done after the previous guest left. Then I ordered food and specifically asked them not to add pepper. They added pepper anyway. I’d have checked out the next morning if I hadn’t already paid for several nights. This was the worst first day I’ve ever had at a hotel.

10/10
The rooms were neat, spacious and well furnished, and the staff were all friendly. There was power around the clock and strong security. I enjoyed my stay at Reli-on hotel, and the customer-friendly management has me looking forward to visiting again.
