The rooms are passable, and the receptionists are friendly and understanding. The Deluxe room is okay, though the standard rooms could use some work. The outside bar and garden staff are good, but service can take a while, and security seems fine. The kitchen really needs attention. It's dirty and untidy, and some food comes out bad or just warmed up. The cleaners also smell sweaty, and I don't know why. Please make sure they're bathing before work. Refunds are another problem: the woman handling them can take almost a week to send the money back.

I enjoyed the meal, and the service was decent. The lounge looked lovely, though the hall felt pretty small.

They were asking us to buy food whenever we needed something microwaved, and when we did buy it, they charged extra to bring it to the room. Then money went missing after we asked the cleaners to tidy up. My stay was awful. The bed and pillows were old, the elevator was broken, and the whole place smelled stale. A hotel should feel like a home away from home. You can do better. Thanks.

I was disappointed with the fried rice. It seemed like it had been reheated from the day before, and my guest had to point that out. I'd been bragging about the place, too. The side sofa used to make a nice spot to relax and take pictures. Please remove the partition and bring that area back.
