I like the place, but some rooms feel too small for what they charge. The walkway is stuffy, so they should remove the rug or do something about it.

The lobby is simple, but the service is good. The rooms have lovely decor and furnishings, and the penthouses are amazing, with a 360° city view from inside. There's a restaurant with a really unique mix of Nigerian and continental food. The skyscraper looks grand inside and out, right in the heart of Victoria Island.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom with my family. There was lots of room, the linens were clean, and the place felt peaceful and tidy. We had a great time and I'll definitely visit Royal Residences again when I'm in Lagos.
