We complained every day, but all we got was “sorry for your inconvenience.” Nothing was done, whether that meant fixing the leak, moving us, or giving a refund. The rest of the customer service was poor too. My friend and I stayed here while visiting Nigeria in January, and water poured in from the room above. Staff wouldn’t help or move us to another room. One night we asked for extra floor towels because of the leak, but they said all the towels were being washed and they had none. This was still happening in the video, taken after they claimed they’d fixed it.

The staff were somewhat kind, but the poor management and lack of cleanliness made me want to leave as soon as possible. Our room was uncomfortable, untidy, and filthy. Cigarette smoke stank up both the bedroom and hallways. I wouldn’t recommend staying here; it’s not worth patronizing.

We held our end-of-year party in the lounge, and the service was great. It was the AAUA ALUMNI LAGOS BRANCH 2025 PARTY.

Security was very good, and the breakfast in the morning has improved. That’s what would bring me back. I had a nice stay, and the AC in my standard room was average. Getting in and out is a bit tricky: the route through the estate is gated around 8pm, so after that you have to take a longer way.

It’s tucked behind the Alade Market area of Allen. The room was decent, the price fair, and the welcome warm.
