Sotel Suites Limited

Room service was good, and the place is decent for a few nights if you’re staying around this area. I would have enjoyed it more without the mosquitoes buzzing around in the room. The kitchen could use some improvement too. The lady on duty wasn’t very welcoming when I called.

The location feels lively and has plenty of attractions nearby, making for a peaceful, restful visit. The hotel is nicely built, with a great interior and features including a pool, lounge, bar, boutique, and barber shop. Parking space is limited, though.

The setting is quiet and pleasant, and the rooms are okay for a getaway. Several rooms have AC problems, and the service could be better. Prices have gone up, apparently because of diesel costs, but I haven’t seen improvements to the rooms, hallways, or reception to go with the higher rates.

The complimentary breakfast was useful, though there wasn’t a choice of dishes, and the WiFi worked once a staff member helped me log in. The estate felt very secure. I had to change rooms after the first night because the AC dripped beside the bed, the TV didn’t work, the bathroom smelled bad, and there was no hot water. Then I went four full nights without a TV while they kept saying the cabling system was being serviced. Most towels had stains, so new ones would help. I’d visit again, and hope to see lots of improvements by then.
