Springpark Yaad Hotel

The attendants were cheerful, the power stayed on, and the rooms were spacious. The surroundings were clean too. But I found roaches and a rat in my room, so who knows how often they fumigate the place? Three stars for me.

The food they serve is very expensive and doesn’t feel worth the price. My room was average at best, and the air conditioner left one side cold while the other stayed warm. The water was brown even after I let it run for 10 minutes. Wi-Fi was so poor that even Google took ages to open, and the TV picture was hopeless because of the bad cable connection. There was a cup for making coffee or another drink, but no supplies for it, not even drinking water.

Good value for the money, with helpful, friendly staff. The location is nice too.

The rooms are excellent, and there’s a nice swimming pool at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Osborne, Ikoyi. My main frustration was customer service: they hardly ever answer the intercom when I call.
