Sujimoto Residences Precious

The apartment is spacious and really beautiful, but that was the only thing I liked. I came to meet friends who had just arrived, and what I saw fell short of the online display. The entrance shares a path with the restaurant, so it didn’t feel private. The walkway gets slippery in rain, which seems poorly thought out with a pool nearby. The elevator wasn’t working, so I had to climb three flights of stairs. That’s not accessible for someone using a wheelchair. The room also had no spare towel, bathroom floor towel, face towel, shampoo, bar soap, or cream. There was only a spare toothbrush.

The personal chef was the best part for me. They cooked really good meals during my stay, and I loved it. I enjoyed nearly every minute here. There were a few things that could be improved, but it’s worth staying, and you might not want to go home.

Mr Akin helped make our time here memorable. He was available and followed up whenever we ran into an issue. I had a wonderful stay at the apartment with my friends, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The team’s service made this a great family reunion stay. There were 13 of us in two three-bedroom apartments, and my guests got the same attentive treatment I did. Staff handled our grocery shopping that first night and throughout the visit, a chef was ready to cook whatever we wanted, and they even helped me book Uber. Once, after heavy rain left me stuck at a mosque, they sent a driver and another employee with an umbrella so I could get to the car dry. Check-in at 10pm was smooth, and the interiors and amenities were great. I’m looking forward to coming back for longer.
