Thapunchline Apartments & Hotels

The food was good and well priced, and the location and rates are excellent. I noticed a few small lapses, like strands of hair around the drain and lipstick on the towel, but it’s a great deal for the price. I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel and rooms are good, but management’s customer service needs work. The manager, a woman, thinks shallowly and can be frustrating. The receptionists would do a much better job as managers than someone who can’t think fast.

Everything here is affordable, the food is good, and the customer service is on point. It’s a very clean, comfortable place to stay. I like this hotel so much, you’ve gained a loyal client 😂

The rooms are small, but it’s a decent, clean hotel, especially for a place with limited space. It came highly recommended, and I wasn’t disappointed overall. I’d recommend it if you urgently need somewhere decent to stay. Parking is a problem: the compound fits only one vehicle, and I could barely squeeze mine in. I’m not sure about having a night bar that lets in non-guests, but if they can keep guests secure, why not. Sadly, the front desk staff were so rude. They told me to take my business elsewhere and hung up on me.
