I found this to be the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. The whole place was dirty, with dirt plastered around the unclean bathroom, and mosquitoes everywhere. Maintenance was very poor: the intercoms didn't work, the refrigerator was just decoration, and the heater didn't work. Customer service was appalling, room service was inefficient, and there was no WiFi. A waste of money. Management should get a proper manager.

It's not a bad place, but some of the furniture needs replacing or repair, including the furniture at the restaurant, Ticklers. The hallway air conditioners should also be fixed or replaced depending on their condition. The reception area could use a facelift and feel more welcoming to every kind of customer.

There’s lots of greenery and a peaceful setting, with an amusement park for the kids. The hotel provides room service, has good food, and a sophisticated bar with all kinds of drinks. Its location also means security for people and property is top notch.

There are plenty of trees here, and their canopy keeps the large outdoor space cool. The Suite has affordable, clean rooms, plus an outdoor area where you can watch movies and music on very large screens. There's also a bar outdoors with assorted drinks, including spirits, brandy, whiskey, wine, vodka and non alcoholic drinks. The restaurant is open to external guests. The parking area is large, though unpaved.

It's just okay. The rooms are clean, though you may need to use insecticide regularly. The restaurant isn't bad, but it feels more like a glorified buka. It seems better suited as part of the CMD training package than as a standalone hotel.
