I've been here lots of times and it's always wonderful to be here 💝 The staff are friendly, the meals are wonderful, and there's electricity 24 hours. It's a very nice place.

I've visited this apartment (Hotel) more than 20 times, in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2024, and 2025 💝 Every visit across those years has been a wonderful experience with the staff and management. They're nice and good 👍🏾

The 10k rooms looked better to me: their windows faced outside, and the bathroom window was higher. In the N15,000 room, the window opened onto the hallway. From the bathroom, another guest could see me from the chest up because its window is so low. They refused to refund my 5k. I'd only come here if it were the last option. Is this a hostel or what?

This hotel is a complete mess. Cockroaches were hopping around reception; I killed two while asking them to turn on the AC. In room 716, the AC had to be switched on from the generator house because there was no remote, so the man there decided whether I could sleep with it on. At one point they told me to wait for the rain to stop so they could cross over and turn it on. The cheapest room was 12k, the most expensive 20k, and they gave me a 2k discount. My 18k room had no AC and the towel was wet. Worst hotel in Lagos state, if not Nigeria.

I couldn't lock my hotel room door from the inside, so where was the privacy? Someone opened the door while I was sleeping. Why not call first? They only knocked in the middle of the night. If I had been asleep, what could have happened?
