What stood out most was the staff. The female supervisor was lovely, and the front desk guy, who used to be a porter, was beyond words. Everyone was helpful, proactive and caring. When the AC in my room stopped working, they kept apologising and tried to fix it quickly, even as they were also dealing with water issues. Their professionalism really showed, and every staff member deserves praise. They made a big difference, though the bathroom still needs some fixing.

The bathroom water was quite dirty, and I heard that's normal in Lagos. Even so, I had a good stay. Service was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and I liked that they always made sure there was light. There's a bar downstairs, and the food is good.

The workers were so nice, friendly and helpful, and I would certainly visit again. I booked the Penthouse and it was okay, but it needs serious renovation, especially the bathroom, which is in a bad situation. I mentioned it to management, and they said they're planning to renovate.

The area looks rough, though it's gated for security. The rooms are OK, but check for damage before settling in and report anything you find. The staff were really helpful and polite, with nothing I could fault them on.

The food was good, and the staff were courteous. I had a great time, with a room that was spacious enough. I left feedback about improvements and will definitely visit again.
