Thrivemax Hotel and Suites

A cozy place to stay in general, though a few of the rooms are pretty small.

“thrivemax” has the worst customer service in the world. PLEASE don't book online. The workers don't answer calls, and when they do pick up, they say hello and hang up. They did that to me over 20 times in 24 hours. I booked for my husband in November, for December 12-15, because he was meant to attend an interview at the USA embassy on the 15th Dec. The USA cancelled the interview, so starting on 10th Dec I tried to move the booking to the next appointment date. Every call was rudely cut off. I also tried the customer care chat with Taghreed and Hala, but got no solution. They even wrote that their call had been hung up on them too. Can you imagine? On the 11th Dec, I called several times from the USA. The lady hung up six times before finally saying there were no more vacant rooms, and to cancel for a refund. I asked her to PLEASE change the date if they couldn't refund me, and she hung up again. I'm calling on my own credit and the person receiving the calls keeps disconnecting me. So far, I haven't received any email or message. If this were my hotel, I'd fire these incompetent people who only care about themselves and not the customers' welfare. I NEED MY REFUND OR A CHANGED DATE. The next appointment is now JAN 13TH-16TH.

What a useless hotel. They seem set up just to let you down.

The rooms are small and cute, but perfectly okay. They really need to improve the service.
