Top Rank Hotel Galaxy

For a budget hotel, this was a pretty nice place, especially for my first stay here. The staff were welcoming and good, and the service was good too.

Being close to the airport is a plus, and in general it’s a nice hotel. The surroundings were clean, though the smell could be improved; it wasn’t bad. Maintenance seems to be getting attention. The food felt a bit overpriced for what you get, and the pipes in our room were showing because the plumbing work was poor, but everything still worked.

The service was great, and the hotel is neat with good customer service. The rooms could use some maintenance here and there when needed. Keep it up.

The staff were okay, but I’m checking out for another hotel now. The AC didn’t work, none of the room sockets worked either, and although there was a fan, I caught the flu there. If you stay, don’t arrive late at night and then come back after midnight: the entrance gate will be locked. I had to pay an extra 30K to stay outside at another hotel, and they hadn’t told me about this when I was leaving. There wasn’t much to eat either unless you wanted what they had: no meat, goat meat, chicken, or fish, just turkey and noodles. Please be careful.
