It’s an older hotel that’s still operating, with decent rooms but nothing luxurious. The food is quite pricey. The location is good.

The meals were delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, quick, and proactive with requests, and they made sure I was happy with my stay. I loved it, and it was worth every penny. VirginRose was much better than the other hotels I’d visited before. I’d recommend it, you won’t regret it.

2/10
I had to wait for hours before they had a room ready. Other people who arrived after me were told to wait too. It felt like they only started cleaning rooms once guests showed up to book them. For what they charge per night, I think the room should have been ready.

The staff were top-notch, respectful, and spoke to customers with respect. I had a really great stay.

The rooms looked old, and they weren’t worth the price. The AC barely cooled, and there was no network or working Wi-Fi. I wouldn’t recommend it.
