The power supply is constant, and the lift works perfectly. There’s a large underground space and car park, and the rooms are spacious, though the place needs renovation and some things are outdated. They should improve the morning buffet. There was no rice on the menu, and they were stingy with the food.

The only good thing was the location. Everything else was a mess. The sheets were nasty, so I had them changed, and the bathroom was dirty too. The air con barely worked. We had to bang it to get it going, and a staff member said that was sometimes necessary. They should just buy a new one. On the third floor, the Wi-Fi had no service at all. Then all the lights in our room suddenly stopped working. The man helping us said he couldn’t fix them, so we had to move rooms. I don’t know why my dad brought us here.

My reservation had already been paid, but the front desk took nearly an hour to confirm it. Their booking system and reception clearly aren't working together well. The food is overpriced, and the towels are worn out. They could do better.

I wouldn't stay here again. Check-in went smoothly, and we switched to a deluxe room because we were only staying for a few hours. On the way there, I spotted a roach on the wall. Room 323 looked okay at first, though it was very worn. Then I found roaches in the trash can. I put it outside and told the bellboy when he brought our bags, but he didn't seem concerned. Less than an hour after lying down, I found a roach in the bed. That was enough for me.
