Bridge Apartments Lagos

As a solo traveler, this was a complete waste of money, and I wish I hadn't rented here. The place had potential, but it was run down, despite my expecting a well-managed Shortlet apartment. The electricity wasn't managed well, and the food from the “restaurant” was poor and expensive. The owner was super rude and downright weird. I didn't know what to make of the place. It's usually empty, which says a lot, and after meeting the management, I could see why it was falling apart. The owner's erratic behavior explained it all.

The food was yummo, and the pool was superb. It's a great location with very friendly, attentive staff and excellent facilities. The apartment was luxurious, immaculate, quiet, and clean, with a very comfortable bed and big bathroom. The lounge areas look modern with a classy finish.

Ants were crawling on the kitchen and bathroom walls. We asked several times for a different room, but reception refused, and spraying insecticide only after repeated complaints didn’t solve it. There was no front desk outside the holiday period, which also made it hard to request daily cleaning. Worst of all, we had no hot water for the two weeks we stayed, despite complaining several times. At this high price, a place without hot water is one to avoid.

Give the garden apartment or Snow Haven apartment a try. I think you’ll like either one.
