There was just one real letdown for me: the water stopped once, then came back after a few minutes. The apartment was good, with nice lighting and decor, and the spacious compound had plenty of parking. Staff were available to help, and electricity was on 24 hours. Entry to the estate needs a security code that changes daily, but customer care sent it efficiently beforehand. The WiFi was very fast and the smart TV worked with Netflix and YouTube Premium, though it slowed down the next morning, maybe because of the rain. There were no towels, and they don’t seem to supply bath soap, shower caps, or toothpaste, so bring those along. I had a good stay and would like to return.

The bed was comfortable for two, and the room had great lighting and decor. Staff were willing to help: the AC wasn’t cooling when I checked in, but the facility manager cleaned its filter and got it working. Electricity was on 24/7. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, including a cooker, blender, microwave, fridge, pots, sieve, and utensils. WiFi was very fast, the smart TV had Netflix and YouTube Premium, and DStv worked too. The check-in process needs improvement, and prices should be clarified at confirmation, since they said Booking.com rates can change with the exchange rate, sometimes by as much as 10k extra. Cleaning could be better: the toilet and basin were stained. There was no bin in the room or kitchen, only in the toilet, so I used a plastic bag; there were brooms and a dustpan. The water kept cutting out, and sometimes there was none in the toilet even when water was available elsewhere. I had to use a mop bucket to carry shower water over and flush several times. No towels or bath soap, shower caps, or toothpaste were provided, so come prepared. A wire was already plugged into the socket by the bed. I managed to stretch the extension cord from the reading table over to charge my phone. There was no bedside cabinet. One piece of the three-piece wooden table by the bed was missing, and the rest shook when I tried to set down a glass, so I moved the reading table closer to use instead. Water from the AC had left a stain on the white wall. There was no intercom, so the printed note in the room should be updated with numbers guests can call through the intercom.

I stayed at this Airbnb and had a decent experience. Everything was in place and organized, the rooms were comfortable, and both the security team and management did their jobs well.

I had a good stay. The network was fast enough for me to watch the new episodes of Euphoria, security was top-notch, and the roads and supermarkets were easy to reach.
