The food took an hour to arrive, and the restaurant staff were rude. The vegetables looked almost black, like the meal had been reheated over and over. On top of that, the towel was badly stained and the power went out. There were plumbing problems and no water. I waited for hours after being told they'd bring some, but it never came. There was no complimentary water by the table either. Reception said they were out of it, though I could buy some from the bar. It was a horrible stay, and I won't return. I'd strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The rooms and reception were good, but the restaurant service was very poor. They kept finding excuses not to provide the complimentary breakfast. If you're going, call and insist on getting it.

The toilet was terrible, and the shower handle was broken. Room service threw away my food, saying he thought I was finished with it. The Wi-Fi was really slow too. I 100% do not recommend it.

Eno! The rooftop pool looked out over breathtaking city views, and the Arabian-inspired decor was stunning. I stayed at this hotel on a business trip and found the staff super efficient. It exceeded my expectations.

My partner and I had a horrible stay in the suite. The receptionist hadn't explained how to get breakfast, and when I called, she said she wasn't the person who checked me in. The food smelled like dead fish. When I raised it with reception, I was told nothing could be done. I checked out the next day because I couldn't eat their rubbish.
