Rooken Villas Hotel & Spa

The breakfast was nice. I ordered yam and eggs, and the security were nice while the staff were helpful. The hotel looks good from outside and is in a decent location, but I'd rate it three stars because of the facilities. The shower gave me trouble every day. They fixed it after I reported it, but by morning there was no hot water again and barely any water came out. Cleaning was good most of the time, but on two days they replaced the small floor towel with my large towel, and on another day the towels were dirty. It wasn't the worst experience, but I'm not sure I'd stay again. My friend said he would.

I left money under the pillow when I checked out, and now they're saying they can't find it. How? Don't they clean the rooms? They had started cleaning ours before our Bolt even arrived. This is so wrong, and they've given themselves a bad name.

The bartenders really know their craft and paid attention to each drink. There was a wide choice of creative, flavorful cocktails, and the staff knew the menu well. Rooken Villas has stylish, distinctive decor that makes the place feel trendy and inviting. The service was excellent, whether you're after a relaxed evening or a lively night out, Rooken Villas is the place to be!

I've visited several times, and the staff and service have always been warm and welcoming. It's a calm, peaceful place, pretty comfortable, and affordable if you ask me.
