The ambience is great, and the staff are professional, but cleanliness needs work. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed properly, the restroom smelled a little, and the room had a stale smell like it hadn’t been used for a long time. The inside door handle was broken. They can do better.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was tiny, and the toilet was only about 45 percent clean, with a foul smell. Service was below average, too. They don’t greet or welcome you. I felt this was especially true as a woman, as if they’d already stereotyped me as a call girl, or perhaps they simply don’t show basic courtesy.

At about N17,000, it’s a decent hotel for the price. There’s nothing especially special about it, but the ambience is great and the staff are very friendly. As far as I know, it’s still the best choice for the money. I’d recommend it if you’re on a budget.

The place was clean and spacious, with no odd smells, and the staff were professional and courteous, including the security guards at the gate. It’s a good place to stay, though quite expensive. The food tasted good but was too spicy. For the price, I expected more snails in the meal, and I’d have liked ketchup with the fries instead of only the sauce served with the snail. If you don’t like pepper or spicy food, skip this particular meal.
