10/10
The care and consistency here have earned my loyalty. I’ve been choosing The Borough whenever I visit Lagos for the past five years, and I have a lot of respect for the standard the team keeps up across The Borough and Circa Lagos. The rooms make it easy to relax, and the attention to detail is clear throughout. Whether I’m visiting for work or leisure, the experience feels comfortable, calm, and refined. The service is what really makes them stand out: the front desk team, especially Alexis, the cleaning staff, management, including Derin, and even the owner all seem committed to doing things well. I feel I get real value for my money every time, which isn’t common.

The facility is clean and well cared for. Alexis at reception is wonderful. She handled my bookings and helped me choose food and drinks, and she’s such an amazing person that they ought to double her pay.
