You get your own space here, with no noise or disturbance, and the place is nice. The problem was the restroom water smelled really bad, and the odor was obvious. Apart from that, it's a nice place.

It's a comfortable and dependable place to stay. The service is the best, and there are no inconveniences.

I had to go out at midnight to get water, and the receptionist or gateman directed me. When I got back, the guy wouldn't answer his phone or open the gate. At 3:28am, after he'd kept me outside for 30 minutes, I felt he was doing it on purpose. I'm still outside as I write this. I'm a woman, and I didn't fight with the guy or anything.

The room was good for the price, and the location in Lekki Phase 1 was great. But the water smelled, and the kitchen was messy, so I couldn't use that water to bathe. Apart from those issues, it was quite okay and worth what I paid.

This was my second time there, and the place itself is okay, but I'm more frustrated with the staff. They're poor at communicating. Last night, one staff member complained in front of me because he had to open the gate after I went out. That wasn't professional. This morning they put me through stress without telling me the checkout time. They kept knocking and asked me to pay extra, even though they hadn't done the job. Checkout is at 11 am, but I didn't know that and got no reminder. Then they gave my number to a client without even asking my permission. What is that? Nobody apologized. I'll never come back.
