My sister and her husband stayed there toward the end of August 2022. They were accused of breaking the microwave plate, which they hadn't done. After they were let into their room, they were denied access again and told to leave late at night.

It's gone downhill since we were here two years ago, and the hype doesn't match the service. The apartment was poorly air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were in bad shape, with paint buckets used as bathroom equipment.

The place is absolutely beautiful, with classy interiors and exquisite, well-furnished fittings from top designers. It feels like a go-to home for me.

It's a comfortable area, with an easy commute and a pleasant environment. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful it was.
