Hillsbay Hotel

The location is good, but my room was in poor shape. It was infested with pests, and I smashed a cockroach on my first day even though they said the room had been cleaned. Ventilation was poor, and there was no water for me to bathe that first morning, so I had to leave for my appointment without a bath because I was already running late. Breakfast was cold, too. Some staff were rude and unprofessional, and the customer service was poor. There are restrictions in parts of the hotel, like the poolside. You have to buy something to sit there, or a staff member will embarrass you. You people should do better!

Their customer support needs to change. I called to ask how to make payment for three executive rooms, and the lady confirmed they were available but wouldn’t give me the payment details. This is how they keep losing customers.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are worth what they cost, and the reception staff and bar waitresses were friendly while still being professional.

A guest staying at the hotel ordered Don Julio Reposado and Casamigos Reposado Tequila from us, so we delivered them there. It was an amazing, well-managed hotel.
