Le Real Hotel

Chinonye at reception is a big part of why I keep choosing this hotel whenever I’m in Lagos. She’s warm, professional, and attentive, and she makes check-in easy while making sure I feel welcome and looked after. The whole stay is consistently smooth, with a great atmosphere and top-notch service.

The hotel is classy, cosy, and quite impressive, with wonderful staff, including Chinenye, Linda in F&B, and Samuel. On my second day there was a water shortage because of an underground plumbing fault. I was told it was fixed after six hours. Even with that issue, it’s a place to behold, and I’ll keep giving it my patronage.

Rachel deserves special mention for her prompt, courteous service and genuine care. Everyone I met was respectful, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel felt clean, secure, and welcoming, and the team’s warmth and attention to detail stood out from arrival. Swiss International The Vistana Lagos is a place I’d confidently recommend for either business or leisure.

I stayed here for over a month and had a nice time. The food was delicious, so kudos to the chefs. I also felt my belongings were secure from the gate to my room, and the housekeepers helped make that so. Chinenye at reception, Bumah in F&B, and Samuel the porter gave me especially good customer service. They do need to sort out the water and electricity for a more effective stay. Also, they kept giving me rockfish instead of titusfish.
