Thank you for your patience while the water supply was disrupted during your stay at Noah's Ark Hotel & Suites. We traced the problem to a hidden leak underground, which took some time to find. It has now been fixed and the water is flowing normally again. We apologize for the trouble and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Noah's Ark Hotel & Suites

I had a terrible stay. I accidentally left my key in the room, and reception said they had no master key to let me back in. A hotel should be prepared for that kind of situation, and the receptionist seemed completely unaware of what to do. I also felt they didn't care about guests' safety or belongings. With management and reception so unwelcoming and unhelpful, I wouldn't stay here.

The location was the only thing I liked. The rooms are worn out and old, the water heater kept giving me shocks, and staff were asking for money at every turn. There was no running water during my whole stay, so I had to fetch it in buckets. They even charge for basic things like a cup to drink from. I'd stay at the place hotel instead.

The surroundings are pretty peaceful, and it's a nice hotel. There's a pool and a bar as well.
