I hope the services have been restored properly and are working well enough to make things comfortable for clients.

The room and bathroom were a good size, and the price was affordable. The AC, fridge, and TV all worked fine, and the reception service was good. They lent me a kettle or offered to boil water and bring it up. My issues were the heater, which wasn't working, and a blanket that felt too thin for me. Apart from those things, everything was okay.

The place has a calm, cool feel. The staff are capable, and the service is top notch. Keep it up.

The kitchen food wasn't bad, but that was about the only positive. There was no TV in the room, no towels, duvet, or bathroom slippers, and despite the empty bar, there were no drinks available. Room service was poor, and they kept turning off the generator, leaving us in the dark. The area feels local. This hotel is big but offers very little.

I paid #15,500 for a small room and got poor service. There was no electricity for several hours in the morning, right up until I left, and the heater didn't work. I also tried ordering food, but the wait they quoted for making poundo and spaghetti was laughable, and the food was expensive. Security was poor too. I wouldn't recommend it.
