The rooms were okay overall, and the staff were friendly, but it was too expensive for what we got. We booked three standard rooms. One smelled, the TV and AC remotes were dirty, and each room only had one towel, though staff brought more when asked. One shower was broken and its cabin leaked, but there was hot water. The ground-floor WiFi was very slow, while it worked fine on the second floor. Power went off six times between our 5 pm check-in and 10 pm. Each outage was only a few seconds, but it shouldn’t happen, and at night it disturbed us because the TV turned on again every time. At the restaurant we were told food would take 30 minutes, but we waited at least an hour and a half. One family ordered room service and waited two hours, then got a meal they hadn’t ordered. Staff refused to replace it, and they still had to pay. I enjoyed the food, though my family found it too spicy.

The cozy rooms and charming atmosphere made it a relaxing, luxurious place to retreat to. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the customer service was exceptional. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were quick and attentive, and I was impressed by how thoughtful they were. The person who’d brought food to my room the night before saw me at breakfast and asked, “Madam you look pale, are you okay?” I was having a heavy flow and it had really knocked me out. I asked for blood meds, and he found someone to get them for me. Later that night I called to have Ugu leave juiced for me, and they did it. The breakfast was really good too. The rooms were decent and clean, and I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Very nice place, I recommend it.

The rooms are decent and the staff welcoming. Lately, though, people staying here have been noisy at night and disturbing sleep. There’s no hot water, and there are mosquitoes. It’s a new hotel.
